The service
Jotform Sync Plus copies Jotform submissions into monday.com boards according to the configuration you set. It is provided by Steadyhook, a sole proprietorship registered in Ukraine.
Your account and credentials
You are responsible for the Jotform API key you provide and for the monday.com permissions you grant. Revoking either stops the service immediately. Do not use the app on data you are not entitled to process.
Billing
Subscriptions are handled by monday.com through its marketplace, under monday.com's own billing terms. Steadyhook does not process payments and never sees payment details.
Availability and limits
The app depends on the monday.com and Jotform APIs. When either is unavailable or rate limits are reached, synchronisation is delayed or fails, and the failure is recorded in the app's logs. No uptime is guaranteed.
Liability
The app is provided as is. Steadyhook is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and termination
These terms may change; material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, which also triggers deletion of your data as described in the privacy policy.
