Jotform Sync Plus

The free Jotform connector for monday.com creates one item per submission. That is all it does. Jotform Sync Plus adds the parts teams keep asking for and have been sent to Zapier or Make to get:

• Subitems. Chosen answers become subitems of the item, not one flat row.
• Conditional creation. Only create an item when a field matches.
• Field mapping, including status labels, numbers, dates and file uploads.
• Update instead of duplicate when a submission is edited.
• Import past submissions once, on demand.

Submissions arrive by webhook, so the app never polls and never spends your Jotform API quota in the background. The EU and HIPAA Jotform hosts are supported.
